A another year on ....
2009 was certainly a good year for veg. We had fabulous crops of everything, even the sweetcorn provided us with a couple of tiny cobs! Best of all were the tomatoes and chilli peppers. I grew both indoors with a few extra tomato plants outside which continued to produce until late Autumn. First timers for 2009 were peas - absolutely gorgeous, certainly going to do them again. I did miss my leeks, but used the space for the peas and beans. Will have to squeeze them in somehow this year.

B&Q Kids range - Sweet Corn - didn't mature in 2008, but may be they were planted in a too shady area

That's a very pretty way to show off your plot! I'm very jealous, hoping we get an allotment space before spring.
